For payment, a credit card is required as a guarantee for non-refundable, non-modifiable advance payment.
The full cost of the reservation will be charged to the advance payment rates within 24 hours.
If payment is not successfully made within 48 hours of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Changes to the reservation date are not allowed.
Cancellation will result in the loss of the advance payment.
The credit card used to make the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(Art 13 GDPR 679/2016)

Dear Guest, we wish to inform you that the Italian Lgs. Decree 196/03 and the European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 make provisions to safeguard individuals and entities with respect to personal data processing.
Your personal data will be processed to manage hospitality, tax documents and public security procedures.
Your personal data - processed also by electronic means - will only be used where strictly necessary and solely for the declared purpose. All data will in any case be processed lawfully, with the maximum reserve, transparency and good faith, guaranteeing both your rights and privacy. There is no provision for an automated decision-making process for the processing of personal data.
The data will be communicated to the subjects which such communication is necessary according to law or for the execution of the relationship with our society (Police Authorities, Agenzia Entrate, RADAR (Regional Data Collection), - electronic data transmission on tourist flows, etc.) and exclusively for the purposes above suitable.
Personal data may be processed and transmitted in accordance with the law without your prior consent – since these are National Public and Security Laws.
Personal data will be revealed to those data processors or authorised persons in charge of the processing, the police and relevant authorities.
Data will not be conveyed to third parties, nor will it be disseminated and nor will not be sent to non-EU third countries, in accordance with Chapter V GDPR 679/2016 of the European Parliament.
We further inform you that personal details must be provided; if withheld, the hotel will be unable to accept you as a guest.
With your consent, Personal Data can be processed for customer satisfaction, marketing or promotional purposes. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent. Possible particular (sensitive) data you have given will be processed with explicit consent to the processing of such personal data for one or more specific purposes with a view to supplying specific goods or services that have been requested by a data subject, pursuant to art. 9 - 2, f) of the GDPR 679/2016.
Your data will be retained according to the time indicated by the current legislation and until the aforementioned purposes will be achieved (Hospitality 6 months, Security Laws 1 week from the dispatch, Fiscal Data 10 Years), then will be deleted. With your consent personal data may be retained for a maximum period of 2 years.
